Returns
Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only and Proflax will credit the retailers account with the applicable charges for returning the items. Items are required to be returned to Proflax Ltd, Unit 3GT Oak Tree Business Park, Austin Close, Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 5GJ within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
Photographic evidence of damaged or faulty items are to be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt to info@proflax.co.uk. On occasions, where there is excessive spillage of the product, we may request that the items are destroyed. Once the items have been received back to us or approved to be destroyed, Proflax will either credit your trade account or offer a refund by BACs for the items, whichever is preferred.

Feeding Guidelines - Oil Supplements
For general wellbeing, feed every other day. For more targeted support, feed daily.
- Shake well
- Measure using the provided pipette or cup (1ml of oil per 2kg of dog’s weight)
- Feed 1ml of oil per 2kg of dog’s weight(ie. 10m for a 20kg dog)
- Pour over food, mix and serve

- Measure using the provided scoop (weight-based dosage guidelines on label)
- Sprinkle over dog's food and serve - If your dog eats dry food, add a splash of water, kefir, or goat’s milk before mixing in the powder — this helps it stick to the food so nothing gets left behind in the bowl.
Feeding Guidelines - Superchews
- Take a SuperChew from the tub – they’re soft, bite-sized, and ready to go.
- Give it to your dog by hand, like you would with any other treat.
These chews are nutritionally dense and packed with concentrated herbal tinctures, so there is a limit to how many your dog should have each day. Feeding quantities are based on your dog’s weight and are clearly listed on the label.

Yarrow: Supports optimal digestion, appetite, and circulation. Aids effective liver function. Rich in vitamins A, C, E, F and K. It also contains manganese, copper, potassium, iodine and iron.
Yellow Dock: Cleansing and detoxifying. Aids digestion. Contains vitamin C, many different carotenoids including beta-carotene, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, sulphur, copper, iodine, manganese, and zinc.
