Shipping policy

  • Delivery charges apply on all orders under £250 net. Free delivery applies to all trade orders over £250 ex vat (mainland UK only). Additional surcharges for orders outside of mainland UK will be applied for orders over 4kg and for orders under 4kg, current Royal Mail shipping rates apply. Delivery charges are applied upon checkout. Any discrepancies can be raised by phoning 01626 240483 or emailing info@proflax.co.uk.
  • Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only and Proflax will credit the retailers account with the applicable charges for returning the items. Items are to be returned to Proflax Ltd, Unit 3G Oak Tree Business Park, Austin Close, Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 5GJ within 30 days of receipt.
  • Photographic evidence of damaged or faulty items are to be reported by email within 3 working days of receipt to info@proflax.co.uk. On occasions, where there is excessive spillage of the product, we may request that the items are destroyed. Once the items have been received back to us or approved to be destroyed, Proflax will either credit your trade account or offer a refund by BACs for the items, whichever is preferred.
