Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only and Proflax will credit the retailers account with the applicable charges for returning the items. Items are required to be returned to Proflax Ltd, Unit 3GT Oak Tree Business Park, Austin Close, Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 5GJ within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.

Photographic evidence of damaged or faulty items are to be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt to info@proflax.co.uk. On occasions, where there is excessive spillage of the product, we may request that the items are destroyed. Once the items have been received back to us or approved to be destroyed, Proflax will either credit your trade account or offer a refund by BACs for the items, whichever is preferred.

Feeding Guidelines

  1. Shake well
  2. Measure using the provided pipette or cup
  3. Feed 1ml of oil per 2kg of your cat's weight (ie. 2ml for a 4kg cat)
    For acute conditions, you can increase the dose to 2ml per 2kg for five days, before returning to the usual amount. 
  4. Pour over food, mix and serve

75% Food-grade Atlantic Salmon Oil
– a rich source of Omega-3 & 6 fatty acids to support skin, coat, joints, heart and brain health.

Omega-3 per 100ml:
EPA: 10g
DHA: 15g
EPA: 10g

25% Herbal Tincture Formula, including:

Cordyceps: Traditionally used to support normal kidney, liver, immune, and respiratory function. Helps maintain overall vitality and wellbeing.

Milk Thistle: A gentle antioxidant herb traditionally used to support healthy liver function. Provides natural vitamins and minerals that contribute to general wellbeing.

Angelica Sinensis: Traditionally used to support heart and circulatory health, as well as normal kidney and immune function. Helps maintain energy and vitality.

Astragalus: A nourishing herb traditionally used to support kidney, heart, and immune health. Naturally rich in polysaccharides and antioxidants that contribute to overall resilience.

Eleutherococcus (Siberian Ginseng): A natural adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support immune function and general balance. Helps maintain energy and endurance.

Valerian: A soothing herb traditionally used to support calm and relaxed behaviour. Also contributes natural flavour for palatability.

Cinnamon: Traditionally used to support appetite and digestion. Naturally rich in beneficial minerals and adds a pleasant taste to the blend.

Suitability

Suitable for all cats over 8 weeks of age.

Not recommended for pregnant/nursing animals.

Not to be used if your pet is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed.

Stop feeding 5 days prior to anaesthetic.

Store in a cool, dark place and keep sealed between uses. Store out of reach of children.
