Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only and Proflax will credit the retailers account with the applicable charges for returning the items. Items are required to be returned to Proflax Ltd, Unit 3GT Oak Tree Business Park, Austin Close, Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 5GJ within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.

Photographic evidence of damaged or faulty items are to be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt to info@proflax.co.uk. On occasions, where there is excessive spillage of the product, we may request that the items are destroyed. Once the items have been received back to us or approved to be destroyed, Proflax will either credit your trade account or offer a refund by BACs for the items, whichever is preferred.

Feeding Guidelines

For general wellbeing, feed every other day. For more targeted support, feed daily.

  1. Shake well
  2. Measure using the provided pipette or cup (1ml of oil per 2kg of dog’s weight)
  3. Feed 1ml of oil per 2kg of dog’s weight(ie. 10m for a 20kg dog)
  4. Pour over food, mix and serve

Composition

  • 75% pure cold pressed flaxseed oil
  • 25% herbal blend

The herbal blend consists of: 

Raspberry Leaf: This amazing adaptogenic herb helps to ease whelping and can also help to prevent phantom pregnancies. Acts as a tonic to the uterus to help normalise seasons. Reduces moodiness or anxiety relating to seasons. Rich in polypeptides, flavonoids, tannins, vitamins A, B & C.

Passionflower: A fantastic adaptogenic soothing and calming herb. Helps to minimise anxiety and moodiness around seasons and reduces anxiety relating to pain or discomfort. Rich in active flavonoids & alklaloids as well as containing serotonin, which helps to boost mood.

Chamomile: A wonderful herb to help keep dogs calm & settled. Bitter tonic action help promote a healthy appetite and digestion. Rich in volatile oils, flavonoids, bitter glycosides, coumarins & tannins.

Agnus Castus: A brilliant herb for helping to regulate abnormal/irregular cycles or hormonal imbalances. Helps to alleviate symptoms of PMS/PMT. Increases dopamine activity to help promote a sense of happiness & wellbeing. Rich in volatile oils, alkaloids, flavonoids & iridoids.

Vervain: Has beneficial effects on abnormal cycles or menstruation. A calming nervine herb that helps to reduce anxiety, nervous tension and depression. Rich in bitter iridoids, volatile oils, alkaloids, mucilage & tannins.

Dandelion: Great support for both the liver & kidneys; liver support is especially important in hormonal disruption. Helps minimise fluid accumulation. A great detoxifier, this herb is also a bitter tonic so helps stimulate a healthy appetite and digestion. Rich in vitamins B & C, magnesium, potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorous & fibre.

Cinnamon: Promotes a healthy appetite and aids circulation. Rich in volatile oils, tannins & mucilage.

Proflax Oil and Tincture blends contain glycerides and ethanol.

Suitability

Suitable for all dogs over 8 weeks of age.

Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs.

Not to be used if your dog is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed.

If you dog is taking medication, please consult your vet for advice.

Stop feeding 5 days prior to anaesthetic.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place and keep sealed between uses. Store out of reach of children.
