Free delivery applies to all trade orders over £250 ex vat @ 20%(mainland UK only) either by DPD or Royal Mail, dependant upon weight.

Additional surcharges for orders outside of mainland UK will be applied for orders over 5kg. 

Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only and Proflax will credit the retailers account with the applicable charges for returning the items. Items are required to be returned to Proflax Ltd, Unit 3GT Oak Tree Business Park, Austin Close, Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 5GJ within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.

Photographic evidence of damaged or faulty items are to be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt to info@proflax.co.uk. On occasions, where there is excessive spillage of the product, we may request that the items are destroyed. Once the items have been received back to us or approved to be destroyed, Proflax will either credit your trade account or offer a refund by BACs for the items, whichever is preferred.

Feeding Guidelines

  • Up to 5kg - 1 scoop
  • 5 to 10kg - 2 scoops 
  • 11 - 20kg - 3 scoops
  • 21- 30kg -  4 scoops
  • 31 - 40kg - 5 scoops
  • 40kg + - 6 scoops +

How long will a tub last? 

A 250g tub will last 50 days for a 10kg dog

For general wellbeing, feed every other day. For more targeted support, feed daily.

  1. Measure using the provided scoop (weight-based dosage guidelines on label)
  2. Sprinkle over dog's food and serve - If your dog eats dry food, add a splash of water, kefir, or goat’s milk before mixing in the powder — this helps it stick to the food so nothing gets left behind in the bowl.

 

Composition

Hemp Protein: Complete protein containing all 9 essential amino acids (histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine). A great muscle builder. A good source of fibre and Omega 3, rich in minerals.

Collagen (fish allergen): A structural protein to support connective tissue. Aids skin health. Promotes muscle growth. 

Chlorella (algae): Rich in Omega 3 and nutrients vitamin C,  beta-carotene and lutein. Improves skin and coat health, supports healthy digestive and immune systems. A great antioxidant and detoxifier.

Gotu Kola: A powerful connective tissue regenerator, stimulates collagen and reduces scarring. An adaptogenic herb to promote balance and harmony within the body.

Calendula: Soothing healing, detoxifying. A fantastic anti-inflammatory which contains vitamins D, E, and B.

Withania: Promotes strength and energy. A fantastic adaptogen that promotes balance and harmony, supporting healthy function of the adrenal glands. A powerful anti-inflammatory.

Schisandra: Promotes endurance. Great Immune boosting adaptogenic herb. Contains vitamins A and C.

Reishi: A powerful adaptogen and immune booster. Improves energy levels. Rich in B and D vitamins

over 12 weeks of age.

Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs.

Not to be used if your dog is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed.
